The AMP page on Site B was served with
Content-Disposition: attachment, which means the browser should
have treated it as a download. Instead, De-AMP extracted the canonical URL
and redirected you to this page.
This indicates the body sniffer is not respecting the
Content-Disposition: attachment header.
